These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Beadzo and any purchase you make from us. The store is owned and operated by Narayani Nayathi Mandapati (Individual / Sole Proprietor), trading as Beadzo. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products
Every piece is hand-beaded to order. Because each item is made individually, slight variations in beadwork, colour and placement are natural and are not defects. Product images are representative.
Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock/feasibility issues; any amount already paid is refunded in full.
Custom orders
Custom and personalised pieces are confirmed (design, colours, price) before production begins. As they are made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
