How and when your Beadzo order reaches you.
Processing time
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Hand-beaded made-to-order and custom pieces typically take 1–2 weeks to craft before dispatch; we'll keep you updated.
Delivery
We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping charges
A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies; orders over ₹3,500 ship free.
Delays
Couriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays or regional conditions. If your order is significantly delayed, email hello@beadzo.in.
